Job Duties
- Coordinate documentation required by US Customs and government agencies for goods entry
- Provide impeccable customer service to importers and internal stakeholders
- Obtain correct classification of goods for customs release using various resources
- Data entry and processing of import-related documentation for submission to US Customs
- Maintain and keep current shipment documentation to comply with all record keeping requirements
- Adhere to all international importing and exporting regulations
- Work closely with internal staff, departments, FedEx operations, and customers to deliver high-level service
- Process agency brokerage shipments
- Handle remote filings as necessary
- Ensure compliance with government and organizational policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
