Job Requirements
- HS diploma or GED required
- no industry experience required

Job Duties
- Coordinate documentation required by US Customs and government agencies for goods entry into the US
- provide impeccable customer service
- obtain correct classification of goods for customs release using various resources
- perform data entry and process import-related documentation
- maintain shipment documentation in compliance with record keeping requirements
- adhere to international importing and exporting regulations
- collaborate with internal departments, other FedEx operations, and customers
- process agency brokerage shipments
- handle remote filings
- ensure compliance with government and organizational policies
- perform other duties as assigned
