Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum 6 months work experience preferred
- data entry and keyboard experience required
- proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
- experience with office equipment such as phone, fax, photocopier, printer, scanner

- strong organizational and problem solving abilities
- ability to work under pressure with time sensitive tasks

Job Duties
- Coordinate documentation required by US Customs and government agencies for entry of goods into the US
- provide impeccable customer service
- obtain correct classification of goods for customs release using databases, SOPs, tariff books, internet or customs resources
- enter data and process import-related documentation for submission to US Customs
- maintain and update shipment documentation in compliance with record keeping requirements
- adhere to international importing and exporting regulations
- work closely with internal staff, departments, FedEx operations, and customers to deliver high level of service
- process agency brokerage shipments
- handle remote filings
- ensure compliance with government and organizational policies
- perform other duties as assigned
