Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Data entry and keyboard experience required
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and email applications such as Outlook required
  • Excellent communication skills required
  • Ability to handle high volume, time-sensitive workload
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must live within 50 miles of Indianapolis, IN
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 7PM to 3:30AM
  • No prior industry experience required
  • No prior work experience required

Job Duties

  • Coordinate documentation required by US Customs and government agencies for import entry
  • Provide impeccable customer service to clients and internal teams
  • Obtain correct classification of goods for customs release using various reference sources
  • Perform data entry and processing of import-related documentation
  • Maintain accurate and current shipment records in compliance with record-keeping regulations
  • Ensure adherence to international importing regulations and organizational policies
  • Collaborate with internal departments and handle agency brokerage shipments
  • Perform other duties as assigned
