Job Duties

  • Coordinate documentation required by US Customs and government agencies for entry of goods into the US on behalf of importers
  • Provide impeccable customer service
  • Obtain correct classification of goods for customs release using databases, SOPs, tariff book, internet or customs
  • Perform data entry and process import related documentation for submission to US Customs
  • Handle limited participating Government Agencies shipments
  • Maintain and keep current all shipment documentation in compliance with record keeping requirements
  • Adhere to all international importing regulations
  • Work closely with internal staff and departments to ensure high levels of service
  • Process agency brokerage shipments
  • Ensure all government and organizational policies are followed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
