Job Duties

  • Coordinate documentation required by US Customs and government agencies for entry of goods on behalf of importers
  • provide impeccable customer service
  • obtain correct classification of goods for customs release
  • perform data entry and processing of import-related documentation
  • maintain shipment documentation in compliance with record-keeping requirements
  • adhere to international importing regulations
  • work closely with internal staff and departments
  • process agency brokerage shipments
  • ensure compliance with government and organizational policies
  • perform other duties as assigned
