Job Requirements

Experience as a customs brokerage entry writer
In-depth knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and compliance
Proficiency in handling import/export documentation and transmissions
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment

Job Qualifications

Hands-on experience as a customs brokerage entry writer
Strong understanding of U.S. Customs regulations (air and ocean, import/export)
Detail-oriented with top-notch communication skills

Job Duties

Ensure full compliance with U.S. Customs, PGA, and Federal regulations
Prioritize shipments based on ETA, service level, and transport mode
File and review import customs entries, including ISF and AES transmissions
Prepare, review, and manage documentation in line with company and legal requirements
Accurately create, update, and bill orders
Maintain excellent communication with customers and internal teams
