- Strong understanding of U.S. Customs regulations (air and ocean, import/export)
- Detail-oriented with top-notch communication skills
Job Duties
- Ensure full compliance with U.S. Customs, PGA, and Federal regulations
- Prioritize shipments based on ETA, service level, and transport mode
- File and review import customs entries, including ISF and AES transmissions
- Prepare, review, and manage documentation in line with company and legal requirements
- Accurately create, update, and bill orders
- Maintain excellent communication with customers and internal teams
