Job Requirements
- Work authorized in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
- Legally authorized to access controlled technology prior to beginning work
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in trade compliance or customs operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Experience with data analysis tools
- Effective communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field or equivalent experience
- Customs broker license preferred but not required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in trade compliance or customs operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Experience with data analysis tools
- Spotfire experience preferred but not required
- Project management experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Manage import and export filings to ensure compliance with international regulations
- Review customs and export requirements and strengthen internal controls
- Prepare and update training materials for import/export compliance
- Maintain and improve internal procedures and presentations
- Develop and implement new compliance processes and project plans
- Conduct audits to verify adherence to trade regulations
- Support duty drawback processes and global improvement projects
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, improve compliance efficiency, and support reporting
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality goals are met
