Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum five years experience in logistics, import/export operations, or customs clearance
- Proficient knowledge of Office 365
- Competence in interpreting customs documents and tariff codes
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Excellent sense of priorities and schedule management

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, international business, supply chain management, or equivalent
- Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) or Certified International Trade Professional (CITP) is a plus
- Minimum five years experience in logistics, import/export operations, or customs clearance
- General technical knowledge of the audio-visual industry
- Knowledge of R2 inventory software
- Proficient in Office 365 applications
- Competence in interpreting customs documents and tariff codes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Teamwork oriented
Job Duties
- Understand customs environment including product tariff classification, country of origin, and duty applications
- Calculate duty impact to determine appropriate entry types in US customs
- Act as primary contact for US customs operations matters
- Issue export documentation for all orders shipped out of US
- Ensure timely weekly transfers to Canadian division
- Manage TIB and ATA US Carnets and ensure proper follow-up and closure
- Assist departments with import and export inquiries
- Verify and approve ACH preliminary report and brokerage invoices
- Collaborate with external partners such as freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure smooth export operations
- Participate actively in operational meetings and sales to coordinate customs needs
- Use rental inventory system (R2) to update asset information and track inventory
- Maintain policies and procedures related to import and export in collaboration with Global Trade Compliance
- Perform related duties as assigned
