Job Requirements
- 10+ years of overall experience in import/customs compliance preferably in semiconductor or technology manufacturing sector
- Subject matter expertise in U.S. Customs regulations, HTS classification, valuation, country of origin, duty preference programs, and CTPAT
- Experience with classification (HTS, ECCN, USML) and trade compliance software tools
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate complex regulatory matters to non-experts
- Experience conducting internal audits and assessments is a plus
- Collaborative and creative approach with ability to work across functions and workforce levels
- Proven ability to work with minimal supervision in fast-paced environments
- Management experience preferred
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally occasionally

Job Duties
- Oversee and manage all aspects of import compliance including customs clearance, classification, valuation, country of origin determination, and duty preference programs
- Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection regulations, HTS classifications, marking and labeling requirements, and other import laws
- Administer and manage processes for duty drawbacks, reconciliations, and reductions
- Maintain knowledge of up-to-date Customs regulations and pending legislation
- implement internal programs and policies to address risks and respond to Customs regulation changes
- Partner with Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, and other internal teams to coordinate import activities and resolve Customs issues
- Support internal/external audits and post-entry reviews
