Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, international trade, or related field
- minimum 2 years experience in customs compliance or import logistics
- strong understanding of US Customs and Participating Government Agencies regulations
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work collaboratively
- proficiency with compliance software
- attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- Ensure compliance with US Customs and Participating Government Agencies regulations
- maintain accurate documentation and classification of imported merchandise
- liaise with internal functional groups and external service providers
- coordinate with customs brokers and vendors
- support item setup and purchase order inception
- monitor shipment progress and final delivery
- maintain up-to-date knowledge of trade compliance regulations
