Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, international trade, or related field
  • minimum 2 years experience in customs compliance or import logistics
  • strong understanding of US Customs and Participating Government Agencies regulations
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work collaboratively
  • proficiency with compliance software
  • attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Ensure compliance with US Customs and Participating Government Agencies regulations
  • maintain accurate documentation and classification of imported merchandise
  • liaise with internal functional groups and external service providers
  • coordinate with customs brokers and vendors
  • support item setup and purchase order inception
  • monitor shipment progress and final delivery
  • maintain up-to-date knowledge of trade compliance regulations
