Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in customs brokerage or international trade operations including supervisory capacity
- Strong expertise in U.S. customs laws and regulations including 19 CFR HTS classifications PGAs duty valuation
- Bilingual in Korean and English

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word PowerPoint
- Experience with customs brokerage systems preferred
- Bilingual in Korean and English is required
Job Duties
- Supervise and oversee the customs brokerage department including the team of entry writers ensuring that operational goals and KPIs are met
- Manage the import clearance workflow from customs entries and ISF filings to broker relationships audits billing and client communications
- Ensure compliance with all applicable U.S. customs regulations partner government agencies trade policies and company SOPs
- Review and improve department processes including work distribution quality control performance measurement and continuous improvement
- Train coach and evaluate team members manage staffing workflow capacity and performance metrics
- Act as escalation point for complex or high-risk shipments broker disputes compliance issues and audit findings
- Partner with Sales Operations Finance and Legal teams to support new account onboarding client growth and service delivery
- Maintain and enhance customs clearance systems reporting tools data analytics and entry tracking
- Provide regular management reports on department performance cost control and compliance status
