Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States

- Experience in customs operations or related field preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Strong attention to detail

Job Qualifications
- Experience in customs operations, customs brokerage, or trade compliance within the logistics or supply chain industry preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational skills
Job Duties
- Prepare and review customs documentation including import and export declarations, commercial invoices, and packing lists
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper retention of customs-related documents
- Coordinate and oversee customs clearance processes including classification, valuation, and duty/tax determination
- Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other relevant parties for timely customs clearance
- Determine correct tariff classification of goods based on characteristics and composition
- Ensure compliance with customs laws, regulations, and procedures
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal teams, customs authorities, and external partners
