- Basic knowledge of customs operations, laws and regulations
- Basic computer skills
- Basic understanding of HS system

Job Duties
- Troubleshoot and communicate documentation discrepancy issues with customers and foreign origins
- Audit commercial documents and apply harmonized tariff schedule codes for accurate duty assessments
- Prepare customs entries and follow up with the clearance process
- Coordinate freight delivery to designated locations
- Resolve finance and accounting reconciliation exchange issues
- File entries to customs via GBS-CM accurately and timely
- Prepare reports, presentations and conduct analysis using various software packages and databases
