Job Requirements
- Excellent understanding of US Customs Brokerage
- 3-5 years of experience in related area of responsibility
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Licensed Customs Broker preferred
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- No visa sponsorship available

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade or related field preferred
- Licensed Customs Broker preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent problem solving abilities
- Proven interpersonal skills for building rapport with customers and business units
- Experience in customs brokerage operations
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
Job Duties
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Entry Processing operations
- Ensure team compliance with DHL’s global customer care standards
- Drive team performance to meet customer service KPIs
- Partner with local central dispatching to oversee daily freight movement
- Manage workflow to maintain high customer satisfaction
- Handle escalated issues from the team
- Provide expertise and problem resolution to support product and hub growth
