Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 to 7 years relevant experience and or training in the industry or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Licensed customs broker strongly preferred
- Must be PC literate and proficient with Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
- Ability to read analyze and interpret general business periodicals professional journals technical procedures or governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports business correspondence and procedure manuals
- Effective presentation skills
- Problem solving complex issues
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written oral diagram or schedule form

Job Duties
- Facilitate daily communication with teammates providing support to resolve day to day issues and escalations
- Lead troubleshooting efforts that analyze root causes and implement solutions
- Monitors team productivity and assigns new accounts or daily workload
- On-board new customers
- Maintain customer relationship
- Manage employees including interview training evaluation and coaching as well as time and attendance for the team
- Review daily reports to eliminate errors including financial reports
- Maintain SOP for customers
