Job Requirements

  • Minimum 4 to 7 years relevant experience and or training in the industry or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Licensed customs broker strongly preferred
  • Must be PC literate and proficient with Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Ability to read analyze and interpret general business periodicals professional journals technical procedures or governmental regulations
  • Ability to write reports business correspondence and procedure manuals
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Problem solving complex issues
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written oral diagram or schedule form

Job Duties

  • Facilitate daily communication with teammates providing support to resolve day to day issues and escalations
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts that analyze root causes and implement solutions
  • Monitors team productivity and assigns new accounts or daily workload
  • On-board new customers
  • Maintain customer relationship
  • Manage employees including interview training evaluation and coaching as well as time and attendance for the team
  • Review daily reports to eliminate errors including financial reports
  • Maintain SOP for customers
