Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customs brokerage or related field preferred
  • Ability to stand and walk frequently
  • Capacity to sit for extended periods
  • Manual dexterity for computer and phone use
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to see close-up and at computer screen distance
  • Willingness to travel occasionally overnight

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customs brokerage or logistics preferred
  • Strong knowledge of import documentation and regulations
  • Proficient in computer applications related to customs processing
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Process import shipment documentation accurately
  • Coordinate customs brokerage activities for clients
  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations and requirements
  • Maintain communication with clients and internal teams
  • Handle frequent phone contact and provide customer support
  • Utilize computer systems for data entry and tracking
  • Assist in resolving shipment issues and discrepancies
