Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customs brokerage or related field preferred
- Ability to stand and walk frequently
- Capacity to sit for extended periods
- Manual dexterity for computer and phone use
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to see close-up and at computer screen distance
- Willingness to travel occasionally overnight
Job Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of import documentation and regulations
- Proficient in computer applications related to customs processing

Job Duties
- Process import shipment documentation accurately
- Coordinate customs brokerage activities for clients
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and requirements
- Maintain communication with clients and internal teams
- Handle frequent phone contact and provide customer support
- Utilize computer systems for data entry and tracking
- Assist in resolving shipment issues and discrepancies
