Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 months of brokerage or transportation experience and/or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook and office equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- Organizational skills

- Ability to manage high volume and time sensitive work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail orientation
- Knowledge of HTS classification and familiarity with harmonized tariff system
- Knowledge of U.S. customs regulations and other federal regulations applicable to entry services

Job Duties
- Assign, direct and audit departmental associates in the timely and accurate completion of all activities in the entry services department
- Provide direction to team members by answering questions on entry services issues
- Assign work activities based on team members' skill levels
- Resolve routine and complex issues related to the department's daily activities
- Provide training and guidance on new activities
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on department activities
- Control distribution of files and entries for review
- Delete entries that will not be submitted to customs from submission statements
- Resolve auto mailroom error reports
- Assist supervisor in evaluating associate performance and development
- Recommend additional counseling or coaching as needed
- Collaborate with related departments to ensure completion of critical tasks
