Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum typing speed of 60 WPM
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Relevant industry experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Availability to work part-time in-office at Houston, TX location
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Job Duties

  • Actively utilize Workboard to prioritize shipment processing, based on company process standards
  • Proactively seek information and documents needed to key/submit all entries within expectations
  • Complete and submit all Partner Government Agency forms (i.e. FDA, F&W) accurately and timely
  • Understanding of, and timely and accurate utilization of system event codes in every file
  • Maintain good notes in the shipment log of each file
  • Maintain an error rate of 10% or less weekly as defined by Compliance review
  • Correct any errors on entries discovered during audit process within 48 hours
  • Work with Compliance to prevent errors and rework by proactively seeking guidance
  • Develop thorough understanding of customer SOPs, scope of work, and customer-specific metrics
  • Provide 100% customer satisfaction with professional communication
  • Actively resolve issues with customers and escalate as needed
  • Respond to internal and external emails within 24 hours
