Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in international trade, law, business administration, or related field
- Minimum 10 years experience in cross-border trade activities
- Proficient in written and verbal English
- Advanced MS Excel and SAP knowledge
- Strong analytical and attention to detail skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with Free Trade Agreements and duty programs
- US CBP Licensed Broker preferred
- CTPAT/AEO training or certification beneficial
- Knowledge of customs system tools and automation preferred
- Proven process improvement experience
Job Qualifications

- Skilled at managing multiple projects and translating complex topics clearly
- Able to engage with government officials with assertiveness and diplomacy
Job Duties
- Ensure U.S. customs compliance by monitoring US Customs law developments and advising leadership on risks
- Manage duty payments, customs valuation, and reconciliation processes
- Conduct origin qualification analyses under Free Trade Agreements
- Determine appropriate tariff classifications in line with company protocols
- Identify and support productivity initiatives to reduce duty and costs
- Lead preparation and maintenance of CTPAT/AEO certification ensuring supply chain security
- Support innovation by advising on tariff implications and duty optimization for new products
