Job Requirements

  • fast and accurate typing skills
  • strong attention to detail and logical thinking
  • a proactive work ethic with the ability to work both independently and in a team
  • exceptional customer service skills and professionalism
  • the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
  • previous experience in customs brokerage is preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Enter and process shipment data to facilitate customs clearance for international shipments
  • review and verify the accuracy of customs documentation
  • communicate with customers to provide updates, answer inquiries, and resolve issues
  • monitor emails and respond promptly to requests
  • perform general office tasks such as scanning, faxing, and organizing documents
  • adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
  • maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • report any discrepancies to your supervisor
  • take initiative and assist with other duties as needed
