Job Requirements

Job Duties
- As a Customs Analyst (night shift), you’ll be at the heart of international trade
- You’ll collaborate with a dedicated team, play a vital role in ensuring smooth and timely customs clearance, and work in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same
- Enter and process shipment data to facilitate customs clearance for international shipments
- Review and verify the accuracy of customs documentation
- Communicate with customers to provide updates, answer inquiries, and resolve issues
- Monitor emails and respond promptly to requests
- Perform general office tasks such as scanning, faxing, and organizing documents
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Report any discrepancies to your supervisor
- Take initiative and assist with other duties as needed
