Job Requirements
- Associate's degree in Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Six years experience in customer service or related field
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Comfortable working with high net worth individuals
- Strong decision-making skills under pressure
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel up to 25 percent
- Ability to work first shift
- Proficient in English language

Job Duties
- Coordinate all Level One customer, VIP, and dignitary visits through the Sales and Design Center
- Act as the single point of contact for successful execution of customer visit processes
- Coordinate security, hotel accommodations, transportation, catering, safety awareness, and aircraft ramp activities for visits
- Ensure prompt, courteous, and professional attention to customers and their aircraft
- Manage dining, entertainment, tours, luggage handling, and hotel check-ins for overnight stays
- Coordinate Leadership Team transportation to/from facility, airport, and service center
- Maintain Executive Dining Room operations including beverage inventories and supply restocking
- Provide high level support to Sales and Design Center Customer Service
- Make recommendations for improvements to visit guidelines and dining room processes
- Lead fast-track and post-visit lessons learned meetings and follow up on action items
