Job Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum six years experience in customer service or related field
  • Ability to coordinate complex logistics involving multiple departments
  • Proficient in multitasking and working under stress
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 25 percent
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent education and experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Six years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Proficiency in event planning and customer relationship management
  • Strong multitasking and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Experience working with high net worth individuals

Job Duties

  • Acts as the single point of contact for Level One customer, VIP, and dignitary visits in coordination with Sales and Design Center Manager
  • Coordinates all security, transportation, hotel accommodations, catering, and safety requirements for visits
  • Ensures customers and their aircraft are attended to promptly, courteously, and professionally
  • Manages all dining, entertainment, tours, and lodging arrangements based on customer needs
  • Coordinates Leadership Team transportation and Executive Dining Room events
  • Provides high-level support to Sales and Design Center Customer Service
  • Leads pre-visit and post-visit meetings, following up on action items and recommending improvements
