Job Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum six years experience in customer service or related field
- Ability to coordinate complex logistics involving multiple departments
- Proficient in multitasking and working under stress
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to travel up to 25 percent
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Job Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent education and experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Six years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Proficiency in event planning and customer relationship management
- Strong multitasking and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Experience working with high net worth individuals
Job Duties
- Acts as the single point of contact for Level One customer, VIP, and dignitary visits in coordination with Sales and Design Center Manager
- Coordinates all security, transportation, hotel accommodations, catering, and safety requirements for visits
- Ensures customers and their aircraft are attended to promptly, courteously, and professionally
- Manages all dining, entertainment, tours, and lodging arrangements based on customer needs
- Coordinates Leadership Team transportation and Executive Dining Room events
- Provides high-level support to Sales and Design Center Customer Service
- Leads pre-visit and post-visit meetings, following up on action items and recommending improvements
