Job Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Six years experience in customer service or related field
  • Ability to coordinate complex events involving multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in communication and interpersonal relations
  • Ability to work under stress and make decisions
  • Willingness to travel up to 25 percent
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent education and experience
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of six years experience in customer service or related fields
  • Proven experience in event planning and customer visit coordination
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable working with high-net-worth individuals
  • Team player with decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of hospitality services and executive-level event management

Job Duties

  • Act as the single point of contact for successful execution of Level One customer and prospect visits, VIP visits, and Gulfstream Leadership Team events in the Sales and Design Center
  • Coordinate all activity with Gulfstream customers, prospects, and other relevant Gulfstream departments such as Leadership Team, Sales, Completion Sales, Design, Sales Engineering, Sales Administration, Flight Operations, and Customer Service
  • Coordinate security requirements, hotel accommodations, transportation needs, catering, safety and security procedures, and aircraft ramp activity for customer and VIP visits
  • Ensure customers and their aircraft are promptly, courteously, and professionally attended to throughout the entire visit process
  • Coordinate dining, entertainment, tours, luggage handling, and hotel check-ins as per customer needs and requests
  • Coordinate Leadership Team transportation to and from facility, airport, and service center
  • Manage Executive Dining Room events including inventory maintenance, restocking supplies, and ensuring high service standards
  • Provide day-to-day support for Sales and Design Center customer service including dignitary visits and Level One customer visits
  • Make recommendations for improvements to customer visit guidelines and Executive Dining Room processes
  • Lead fast-track meetings prior to visits and post-visit lessons learned meetings, following up on action items
  • Provide support to all departments on customer visit standards, coordination procedures, facility access, and customer-related issues
  • Perform other assigned duties as necessary
