Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree in marketing, business administration or equivalent
  • Six years of experience in customer service or related field
  • Ability to coordinate multiple complex activities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 25 percent
  • Capacity to handle stressful situations and make decisions under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in marketing, business administration or related field
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum six years of experience in customer service or related field
  • Strong event planning and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work under stress and make decisions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in coordinating with multiple teams and departments
  • Experience handling high net worth individuals
  • Knowledge of customer visit logistics and protocols

Job Duties

  • Act as the single point of contact for Level One customer, prospect, VIP, and dignitary visits in the Sales and Design Center
  • Coordinate security requirements, hotel accommodations, transportation, catering, safety protocols, and aircraft ramp activity for all visits
  • Ensure customers and their aircraft are promptly and professionally attended to throughout the visit process
  • Coordinate dining, entertainment, tours, luggage handling, and hotel check-ins according to customer needs
  • Manage Leadership Team transportation to/from facilities and airports
  • Oversee Executive Dining Room events including inventory maintenance and service quality
  • Support Sales and Design Center Customer Service with daily leadership and VIP visit requirements
  • Lead fast-track meetings before visits and lessons learned meetings after visits, addressing action items
  • Provide ongoing support to departments regarding customer visit standards, procedures, and facility access
  • Coordinate all aspects of Level One customer and VIP visits including special arrangements as needed
