Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Customer service background preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent telephone and written communication skills
  • Computer proficiency
  • Flexibility and willingness to work overtime
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and resolve conflicts calmly

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service preferred
  • Familiarity with airline crew scheduling is a strong plus
  • Knowledge of GDS hotel and airline reservation systems preferred but not required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Bilingual or second language skills a plus

Job Duties

  • Serve as on-site liaison with the airline partner providing support guidance and training
  • Process client requests received from the airline through the API Operations system
  • Assess all customer needs and provide prompt well-informed accurate and professional responses
  • Follow-up on all client requests and transactions ensuring full execution and client satisfaction
  • Alert supervisor on critical issues requiring management involvement
  • Negotiate with vendors including hotels and ground transportation to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Resolve client disagreements calmly and professionally by researching and presenting fact-based solutions
