Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Dependability and a team-oriented mindset
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with overtime as needed

Job Duties

  • Greet customers and visitors with a warm, friendly attitude
  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally and efficiently
  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about our services
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and document organization
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming front office space
  • Support the team with additional tasks as needed
