The position of Customer Support Specialist at Uline offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading company known for its exceptional customer service. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering the legendary service Uline customers expect. You will be deeply engaged in handling customer orders, making product recommendations, and managing account inquiries using Uline’s world-class technology.

This role requires becoming a product and solutions expert, where you will confidently answer questions about product details, pricing, and shipping. By understanding customer needs, you will recommend the best Uline solutions and guide customers through the website and online ordering process. Communication skills are paramount, as you will interact with customers via phone, email, and chat, building strong, lasting business relationships.
