Job Duties
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned customer accounts through proactive communication and engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, requests, and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution

- Effectively handle escalations and resolve customer complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency
