Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- sales and customer service experience preferred
- valid Driver’s License
- basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by guiding customers through the entire car buying or selling process
- conduct vehicle condition assessments for appraisals by collecting, recording, and communicating information
- check in and receive shipped vehicles and complete daily scanning and reconciliation of inventory
- perform cosmetic inspections ensuring vehicles meet quality standards
- carry out various administrative tasks including printing reports, maintaining paperwork, managing customer contracts, and auditing paperwork
- create service appointments and review repair order invoices for accuracy
- collaborate effectively with teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
