Job Duties
- Provide fast and friendly customer service
- Actively seek out customers to assess needs and assist
- Learn about products using company tools
- Provide comprehensive product information to customers
- Sell complete projects by recommending related products
- Greet, qualify, recommend, and close sales in assigned department
- Handle basics in adjacent departments
- Maintain in-stock condition of assigned areas
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of departments
- Follow all safety policies and standards
- Complete all required safety training
- Correct or report hazards immediately
- Cooperate with Department Supervisor and team members
