Job Duties

  • Provide fast and friendly customer service
  • Actively seek out customers to assess needs and assist
  • Learn about products using company tools
  • Provide comprehensive product information to customers
  • Sell complete projects by recommending related products
  • Greet, qualify, recommend, and close sales in assigned department
  • Handle basics in adjacent departments
  • Maintain in-stock condition of assigned areas
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety of departments
  • Follow all safety policies and standards
  • Complete all required safety training
  • Correct or report hazards immediately
  • Cooperate with Department Supervisor and team members
  • Work safely to avoid endangering self or others
