Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- two to three years of relevant office support experience
- proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- strong communication skills
- ability to multitask and be highly organized
- professional demeanor
- availability to work onsite in Sacramento, CA
- Monday through Friday schedule from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Job Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with advanced Excel skills
- two to three years of recent experience supporting C-level office
- proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook
- ability to quickly learn new software programs

- Provide high-level customer service and receptionist support
