Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish
  • Available to work flexible shifts including nights weekends and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work collaboratively
  • Capable of occasional travel between showroom locations

Job Duties

  • Welcome customers with a warm and friendly smile
  • Treat customers courteously and professionally
  • Work together with other departments to find a solution for the customer
  • Provide the necessary support to the Sales Associates and Store Leaders in relation to solutions to customer issues
  • Accept or process customer payments
  • Cover reception area
  • Travel to different showrooms may be required
