Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service preferred
Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish
Available to work flexible shifts including nights weekends and holidays
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work collaboratively
Capable of occasional travel between showroom locations

Job Duties

Work together with other departments to find a solution for the customer
Provide the necessary support to the Sales Associates and Store Leaders in relation to solutions to customer issues
Accept or process customer payments
Cover reception area
Travel to different showrooms may be required
