You are applying for a position with a franchisee of Taco Bell, which is an independent business owner and separate from Taco Bell Corporation or its affiliates. Job Requirements

  • Must be clean, neat and well groomed
  • must be honest
  • must be able to follow verbal and written instructions and read recipes
  • must be able to pay attention to detail, cope with pressure and remain calm when challenging situations arise
  • must be able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs and stoop during 90% of shift time
  • must be able to work as a team member with minimum disruption to customers or employees
  • must have good hearing
  • must have basic knowledge of cash register and front line preparation procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Some high school courses preferred
  • good interpersonal communication skills
  • ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • basic knowledge of fast food operation
  • ability to work as part of a team
  • ability to count money and give change correctly
  • good manual dexterity for working rapidly and accurately
  • good hearing to work with customers and handle the drive-through
  • honest and dependable

Job Duties

  • Quickly prepares customers' orders according to specifications and with the highest possible quality
  • works as a team member to assure constant and consistent customer satisfaction through excellent quality, service, and cleanliness
  • operates cash register
  • assists with front line preparation procedures
  • operates kitchen equipment as needed
  • wipes tables and maintains a clean dining room and parking lot
  • follows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and procedures
