Job Requirements

  • some high school courses preferred
  • must be clean, neat and well groomed
  • good interpersonal communication skills
  • good hearing
  • honest
  • able to follow verbal and written instructions and read recipes
  • basic knowledge of fast food operation and cash register use
  • ability to pay attention to detail and remain calm under pressure
  • ability to work as a team member
  • ability to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs and stooping during 90% of shift
  • good manual dexterity
  • ability to count money and give change correctly

Job Duties

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quick, efficient service and quality products
  • provide excellence in quality, service and cleanliness
  • provide consistent product portions
  • maintain knowledge and operation of all equipment
  • follow and abide by all safety rules, policies and procedures
  • quickly prepare customers' orders according to specifications and quality standards
  • operate cash register
  • assist with front line preparation procedures
  • operate kitchen equipment as needed
  • work as a team member to assure constant and consistent customer satisfaction through excellent quality, service, and cleanliness
