This position is with a franchisee operating a Taco Bell location, one of the world’s leading quick-service restaurant brands famous for its creative and craveable menu items. Unlike corporate Taco Bell roles, franchisee positions are independently managed by local business owners who set their own wages and benefits. Job Requirements
- Some high school courses preferred
- Must be clean, neat and well groomed
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Good hearing to work with customers and employees
- Honest
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Basic knowledge of fast food operation
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Ability to cope with pressure and remain calm
- Ability to work as a team member
- Ability to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs and stooping
- Good manual dexterity
- Ability to work rapidly and accurately during rush periods
- Ability to count money and give change correctly

Job Duties
- Quickly prepares customer orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Works as a team member to ensure constant and consistent customer satisfaction through excellent quality, service, and cleanliness
- Operates the cash register
- Assists with front line food preparation procedures
- Operates kitchen equipment as needed
- Wipes tables and maintains clean dining room and parking lot
- Maintains knowledge and operation of all equipment
