Job Description
This job opening is with a franchisee of Taco Bell, not Taco Bell Corporation or any of its affiliates. Franchisees are independent business owners who operate their own locations and set their own wage and benefit programs, which can vary significantly from one franchisee to another. Job Requirements
- Some high school courses preferred
- must be clean, neat and well groomed
- must have good interpersonal communication skills
- must have good hearing
- must be honest
- must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
- must have basic knowledge of fast food operations
- must be able to pay attention to detail
- must be able to cope with pressure and remain calm
- must be able to work as part of a team
- must be able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs and stooping for 90 percent of shift
- must have good manual dexterity
- must be able to count money and give correct change

Job Duties
- Quickly prepares customers' orders according to specifications and with the highest possible quality
- works as a team member to assure constant and consistent customer satisfaction through excellent quality, service, and cleanliness
- operates cash register
- assists with front line preparation procedures
- operates kitchen equipment as needed
- wipes tables and maintains clean dining room and parking lot
