Job Requirements
- some high school courses preferred
- must be clean, neat, and well groomed
- must have good interpersonal communication skills
- must have good hearing to work with customers and employees
- must be honest
- must be able to follow verbal and written instructions and read recipes
- must have basic knowledge of fast food operations and cash register procedures
- must be able to pay attention to detail and cope with pressure
- must be able to work as a team member with minimal disruption
- must be able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and stooping for 90% of shift time
- must have good manual dexterity
- must be able to count money and give change correctly

Job Duties
- quickly prepares customer orders according to specifications and quality standards
- works as a team member to ensure customer satisfaction through quality, service, and cleanliness
- operates cash register accurately
- assists with front line food preparation procedures
- operates kitchen equipment as needed
- wipes and cleans tables and maintains the dining room and parking lot
- follows all safety rules, policies, and procedures
