Job Requirements
- Some high school education preferred
- Must be clean, neat and well groomed
- Good hearing ability
- Honest and reliable
- Able to follow recipes and instructions
- Physically able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs and stoop for 90% of shift
- Good manual dexterity for fast and accurate work
- Able to work without disruption to customers and fellow employees
Job Qualifications
- Some high school courses preferred
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of fast food operation
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Honesty and good manual dexterity
- Ability to work under pressure while remaining calm
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Basic math skills to count money and give correct change
Job Duties
- Clearly prepare customers' orders according to specifications quickly and accurately
- Work as a team member to ensure constant and consistent customer satisfaction through excellent quality, service, and cleanliness
- Operate cash register
- Assist with front line preparation procedures
- Operate kitchen equipment as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of dining room and parking lot
- Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures
