Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old to work in California and Oregon
- Must be at least 21 years old to work in Washington or on graveyard shifts and management positions
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to bend, lift, push, and move products properly
- Must follow team-lift policy for objects over 25 pounds
- Ability to use proper personal protective equipment when handling hot equipment
- Regular and punctual attendance
- Compliance with safety and CSI policies
- Maintain neat appearance and good personal hygiene
- Valid food handling certificates required in specific locations
- Must pass company background checks
- Availability to work flexible schedules
- Effective communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Proficiency in English to understand policies and communicate effectively
- Ability to work various shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent judgement and professional handling of challenging situations
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Possession of required up-to-date food handling certificates where applicable
- Preferred cooking/restaurant experience
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional guest service
- Conduct all point-of-sale activities accurately and safely
- Maintain cash drawer limits and perform cashier reconciliation
- Perform consistent station cleaning including restrooms and fuel pumps
- Prepare food and hot beverage products while managing inventory
- Actively promote store specials and marketing programs
- Cross-check delivered goods and restock shelves
