Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum one year of customer service or retail experience
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Continuous walking and standing throughout shift
- Bilingual Spanish and English preferred

Job Duties
- Customer satisfaction
- Process refunds and voids
- Pick-up process
- Answer incoming calls
- Run and distribute daily reports
- Process rain checks
- Adhere to item refund policy
- Maintain and manage customer flow
- Available to support cashiers
- Understand and enforce all procedures
- Responsible for front end opening, crunch, closing efficiencies
- Handling coupons
- Understand and use proper LP dept codes and policies
- All other duties as assigned
