- 1+ years customer service and retail experience desirable

Job Duties
- Customer satisfaction
- process refunds and voids
- pick-up process
- answer incoming calls
- run and distribute daily reports
- process rain checks
- adhere to item refund policy
- maintain and manage customer flow
- available to support cashiers
- understand and enforce all procedures
- responsible for front end opening, crunch, closing efficiencies
- handling coupons
- understand and use proper LP dept codes and policies
- all other duties as assigned
