Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work full time Monday through Saturday with Sunday and one weekday off
- ability to work 8 hour shifts from 10am to 7pm with an hour lunch break
- pass a pre-employment drug test
- authorized to work in the United States
- willingness to travel to Cedar City, Las Vegas, and Mesquite as needed
- reliable transportation or availability of company vehicle for travel
Job Qualifications
- strong phone and communication skills
- basic clerical and cashier skills
- good computer skills including knowledge of Google Docs and Sheets
- ability to work reliably in a team atmosphere
- friendly and customer service oriented
- valid driver’s license for travel between locations
Job Duties
- assist customers over the phone and in person with questions and purchases
- write up sales and process payments accurately
- look up and manage customer accounts in the inventory system
- maintain knowledge of current promotions to aid customers
- support guest services at other locations when needed
- communicate effectively with team members and customers
- utilize computer programs including Paylocity, Gmail, Google Drive, Discord, and basic Windows functions
