Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work full time Monday through Saturday with Sunday and one weekday off
  • ability to work 8 hour shifts from 10am to 7pm with an hour lunch break
  • pass a pre-employment drug test
  • authorized to work in the United States
  • willingness to travel to Cedar City, Las Vegas, and Mesquite as needed
  • reliable transportation or availability of company vehicle for travel

Job Qualifications

  • strong phone and communication skills
  • basic clerical and cashier skills
  • good computer skills including knowledge of Google Docs and Sheets
  • ability to work reliably in a team atmosphere
  • friendly and customer service oriented
  • valid driver’s license for travel between locations

Job Duties

  • assist customers over the phone and in person with questions and purchases
  • write up sales and process payments accurately
  • look up and manage customer accounts in the inventory system
  • maintain knowledge of current promotions to aid customers
  • support guest services at other locations when needed
  • communicate effectively with team members and customers
  • utilize computer programs including Paylocity, Gmail, Google Drive, Discord, and basic Windows functions
