Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- job vocational training such as hospitality or technical apprenticeship
- at least 4 years of work experience in a customer service role
- experience with customer service procedures
- ability to use Microsoft Office
- eager to provide excellent customer service
- must have a valid drivers license
- must obtain an Airport ID Badge within 30 days of employment

Job Duties
- Provide new and existing customers with the best possible service in relation to billing inquiries, service requests, suggestions, and complaints
- resolve customer inquiries and complaints fairly and effectively
- provide product and service information to customers and identify upselling opportunities to maintain and increase income streams from customer relationships
- recommend and implement programs to support customer needs
- greet customers in a welcoming, friendly and respectful manner
- supervise and maintain adherence to the Department Standards of Excellence for exceptional customer service, grooming and dress code
- directly or indirectly supervise the Customer Service Representatives on a daily basis
