Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior customer service or sales experience
- valid driver's license
- reliable transportation
- ability to lift and move items up to 35 pounds
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- physical ability to walk outdoors and climb stairs regularly

- basic cash handling and auditing skills
Job Duties
- Work independently at multiple locations
- assess customer storage needs and sell packing and moving supplies
- perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability
- audit cash drawers and make bank deposits
- communicate with customers regarding payments and make reminder and collection calls
- perform cleaning and maintenance tasks including sweeping, mopping, and maintaining exterior grounds
- travel between properties using personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement
