Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for travel between work locations
- Ability to transport and lift items up to 35 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible and full-time schedules including weekends
- Ability to spend up to 50 percent of time outdoors climbing stairs and opening large doors
- Capability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks such as sweeping and mopping
- Prior customer service or sales experience
Job Qualifications
- Experience in customer service-centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or fast food
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfort working in outdoor environments
- Ability to handle financial tasks like auditing and bank deposits
Job Duties
- Work independently at multiple locations spending time inside and outside
- Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions including selling packing and moving supplies
- Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability
- Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits
- Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls
- Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks including sweeping, mopping, and maintaining exterior grounds
- Climb stairs and open large doors as needed during facility inspections
