Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or sales
- valid driver’s license
- access to a reliable vehicle
- ability to lift and move items up to 35 pounds
- ability to spend up to 50 percent of time outdoors including climbing stairs and opening large doors
- ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently

- experience in customer service-centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or fast food
- valid driver’s license
- ability to travel using own vehicle
- strong organizational skills
- excellent communication and customer service skills
Job Duties
- work independently at multiple locations
- spend time both inside and outside
- assess customer storage needs and make suggestions including selling packing and moving supplies
- perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability
- audit cash drawers and make bank deposits
- help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls
- perform cleaning and maintenance tasks including sweeping, mopping, and maintaining exterior grounds
