Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior customer service or sales experience
- ability to transport and lift items up to 35 pounds
- capable of walking and climbing stairs frequently throughout the day
- able to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks
- valid driver’s license
- ownership of a personal vehicle for work-related travel
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends

- Experience in customer service or sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or fast food
- ability to work independently and manage multiple locations
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- capable of performing physical tasks including lifting up to 35 pounds
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- basic financial skills for cash auditing and deposits
Job Duties
- Work independently at multiple locations
- assess customer storage needs and suggest appropriate solutions
- sell packing and moving supplies
- perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability
- audit cash drawers and make bank deposits
- assist customers with payment reminders and collections
- perform cleaning and maintenance tasks around the property
